Der Kandidat hat ca. 15 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum-Master, die er auch während seiner Zeit als Projektleiter gesammelt hat. Er war verantwortlich für 3 Teams von Scrum-Komponenten, Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und Prozessverbesserung. Seine Rolle besteht auch in der Ausbildung und Führung des Teams, 20-60 Personen. Täglich arbeitet er mit Scrum, Kanban, aber am liebsten mit SAFe (3 Jahre) Methoden. Sein Englisch ist auf C2-Niveau, er lebte 6 Jahre lang in NY.
