Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit etwa 7 Jahren Erfahrung. Er kümmert sich derzeit um 2 Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nichts verpassen. Er führt die organisatorische Ordnung in die Sprints ein, prüft, wie das Team vorankommt und leitet die Zeremonien. Er kommuniziert täglich mit dem Product Owner über das Backlog, damit keine Zeit verschwendet wird. 2 Teams mit 6 Mitgliedern werden von ihm geleitet. Das größte Team, das er leitete, bestand aus 11 Personen. Er verwendet täglich Englisch. Er möchte sich in Zukunft auf eine agile Coaching-Position konzentrieren.

Scrum Master (11/2019 - Present): Coaching and educating team members on scrum values and practices, working closely with product owners and product management for continuous delivery, resolving conflicts and eliminating impediments, supporting multiple scrum teams and projects simultaneously, creating agile education program.

Front-End Web Developer (02/2012 - 02/2015): Developing websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring effective communication of product requirements and managing assignments based on availability.

Scrum Master (02/2015 - 10/2019): Transitioned from web development to scrum master role, facilitating the adoption of agile practices, coaching individuals and resolving conflicts, managing projects as a product owner.

Product Owner (07/2018 - 12/2018): Responsible for defining product requirements and prioritizing backlog items.

Project Manager/Coordinator (Voluntary) (07/2016 - 10/2019): Coordinated pro-bono projects for non-profit organizations, such as schools, theaters, and sport clubs.
