Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Manager mit 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er war 2 Jahre lang als Projektleiter tätig. Seine Hauptaufgabe war die Projektleitung und -planung, die anschließende Analyse und die Kommunikation mit den Kunden. Er verfügt über gute Englisch- und Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache und möchte sich daher dem deutschen Team anschließen. Er kennt die agile Scrum-Methodik vom theoretischen Teil her.
