Project Manager

Die Kandidatin ist eine junge Projektmanagerin mit 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Sie ist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von IT-Mitarbeitern im Unternehmen und auch von Mitarbeitern im Krankenhaus. Ungefähr sind es bis zu 10 Personen. Sie arbeitet an einer eHealth-Anwendung, die noch einzelne Teilprojekte hat, die sie ebenfalls leitet. Er entwickelt langfristige Ziele, Dokumentation, Budget, Risikoidentifikation. Ihr Englisch ist auf einem professionellen Niveau. Sie hat mehrere Jahre im Ausland gearbeitet, wo sie Erfahrungen in Kommunikation und Verhandlung gesammelt hat. Sie kennt die agile Methodik wie Scrum vom theoretischen Teil her.

2012 - 2016: Cabin Crew As a cabin crew member, my role was to provide customers with high standards of service, safety, and security. I worked in both economy and premium cabins, focusing on service excellence, attention to detail, and exceeding customer expectations. I also created and maintained a premium class environment and supported other cabin crew members.

2011 - 2012: Event Manager As an event manager, I conducted research to develop conference agendas and analyzed the data to create commercial conference programs. I identified and invited appropriate speakers, attended and oversaw conferences, and provided opening introductions and speaker assistance.

2017 - Present: Senior Project Manager In my current role, I am responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. I establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, prepare project schedules, maintain comprehensive documentation, and conduct risk assessments. I report progress regularly and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
