Architect

Der Kandidat ist ein Projektleiter Architekt. Er ist hauptsächlich verantwortlich für Cashflows, Projektvorbereitung, Finanzen, Lieferantenfreigaben und Rechnungen. Er spricht fließend Englisch und hat in London gelebt und gearbeitet. Er ist mit agilen Methoden nicht vertraut.

Project Manager (11/2016 - 1/2019): One of the first employees of the international project department, responsible for training three new employees. Conducted project valuations across Europe. Managed a mixed-use scheme in London, UK, overseeing project setup, coordination between teams, problem-solving, contractor approval, and budget control. Also handled technical and financial due diligence for a shopping mall and an acquisition. Conducted technical and legal due diligence for land.

Self Employed (09/2013 - 12/2015): Worked for various architecture studios, creating AutoCAD drawings, 3D models, CGI, and renderings.

Architect Trainee (05/2012 - 09/2013): Created AutoCAD drawings.

Internship (08/2009 - 09/2009): Completed an internship on a construction site.

Education: Holds a Master of Science in Architecture, Building and Planning from Eindhoven University of Technology (2014-2016), a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Slovak University of Technology (2013-2015), and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Slovak University of Technology (2008-2012).
