Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Projektleiter mit dreieinhalb Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er hat für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Projekten gesorgt, war für das Ergebnis verantwortlich und hat über 50 Mitarbeiter in einem einzigen Projekt betreut. Außerdem war er stellvertretender Vorstandsvorsitzender der VUB Asset Management und etwa eineinhalb Jahre lang bei der VUB als Leiter des Investment Portfolio Management tätig. Er spricht fließend Englisch und hat fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse. Mit agilen Methoden ist er noch nicht in Berührung gekommen.
