Notable projects included the implementation of a new interface for tour creation, resulting in a 75% increase in productivity and a 60% reduction in training time.
October 2009 - March 2013: Project Manager - Led teams of 4-10 members to implement various projects, with a focus on customer needs. Experienced in managing Facebook and iOS applications. Notable projects included improving client service processes and creating a helpdesk application, as well as managing projects for various clients.
