Er verfügt über einen fundierten Hintergrund im Management von Geschäfts- und IT-Prozessen und hat über 13 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Der Kandidat hat einen Abschluss in Massenkommunikation und hat Module in Marketingforschung, Kommunikation und Strategie absolviert. Er hat in verschiedenen Funktionen gearbeitet, unter anderem als Scrum Master/Senior IT Project Manager, IT Business Partner und IT Demand Manager. Der Kandidat verfügt über Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Problemlösung und Teammanagement. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Tschechisch und verfügt über Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch, Russisch und Polnisch.
