Der Kandidat ist ein junger Projektmanager mit 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er war hauptsächlich für die Leitung eines kleinen Teams, die Identifizierung von Fehlern und das Finanzbudget des Projekts verantwortlich. Sein Englisch ist fließend und sein Deutsch ist eher passiv. Mit agilen Methoden ist er noch nicht in Berührung gekommen.
