Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Product Owner/Product Manager, der seit mehr als 3 Jahren in dieser Position in der kaufmännischen Praxis tätig ist. Zuvor arbeitete er 5 Jahre lang als Projektmanager für mehrere zufriedene Kunden. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben gehörten das Sammeln von Anforderungen von Stakeholdern, die Definition der Projektvision, die Koordination von Projektmitgliedern und Aufgaben, die Schaffung neuer Funktionalitäten und die Einhaltung von Zeitmeilensteinen, Nachsorgeprozesse und Follow-up. Bei seiner Arbeit verwendete er aktiv agile Methoden, insbesondere Scrum (er arbeitete auch als Scrum Master), Kanban und Scrumban. Er kann problemlos auf Englisch kommunizieren und wendet es täglich an. Er hat auch als Teamleiter gearbeitet, wo er kleinere Teams von bis zu 10 Personen und größere Teams von über 20 Personen leitete.
