Der Kandidat ist ein Projektmanager, der seit über 2 Jahren Projekte leitet. In der Vergangenheit hat er als PR- und Eventmanager gearbeitet. Als Projektmanager bereitet er verschiedene Konferenzprogramme vor und leitet Teams mit mehreren Abteilungen. Er kennt sich mit agilen Methoden und Scrum aus, hat aber noch nie direkt damit gearbeitet. Er kommuniziert täglich auf Englisch, hat lange Zeit kein Deutsch mehr gesprochen, glaubt aber, dass er es mit der Zeit wieder lernen wird.
