Project Manager & Release Manager

Die Kandidatin ist eine erfahrene Projektmanagerin mit 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Sie war hauptsächlich für die Entwicklung von Webanwendungen, Eshops und die Umstellung auf SEO verantwortlich. Als Junior arbeitete sie an einem Projekt zur Implementierung einer Bus-App und kümmerte sich um Integration, Tests und Budgetierung. Später arbeitete sie an einer Sygic-App für Krankenwagen und große Transportunternehmen. Sie überwachte und testete die Anwendung zusammen mit dem beauftragten Entwickler. Ihr Englisch ist auf einem sehr fortgeschrittenen Niveau, da sie täglich mit dem ausländischen Team kommuniziert. Die agile Scrum-Methode kennt sie nur vom theoretischen Teil her.

The candidate took over the management of long-term customer projects, including service, implementation, and integration. She participated in the closure and evaluation of these projects and planned a new comprehensive project after signing a new service and development contract with the customer. She coordinated the project team for daily support and prepared a project plan for the development of new modules based on customer orders.

The candidate showed a quick adaptation to project management processes and quickly learned the software used for project management support. She demonstrated high levels of activity, engagement, and personal interest in achieving results. She also had a willingness to learn new things, create and improve the work system of the project team.
