Der Kandidat ist ein Projektmanager, der mehr als 9 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dieser Position hat. In seinem Leben hat er mehrere Positionen bekleidet - Entwickler, Teamleiter, Berater in Südostasien und schließlich Projektleiter. Bei der Leitung von Projekten ist für ihn die tägliche Wartung wichtig. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch bereitet ihm keine Probleme. Als IT-Leiter in einem Unternehmen des Bankensektors war er für über 200 Mitarbeiter verantwortlich.
