Project Manager

Die Kandidatin ist seit fast 5 Jahren als Projektmanagerin tätig. Sie arbeitet sowohl an Kunden- als auch an internen Projekten. Derzeit ist sie für die Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit der Sicherheit von Arzneimitteln und deren Registrierung zuständig, wobei sie sich auch mit der rechtlichen Seite der Angelegenheit befasst. Ihre frühere Arbeit war stark IT- und designorientiert, wo sie die Anwendungsentwicklung überwachte, sich mit UX-Design befasste und Workshops organisierte. Bei ihrer Arbeit ist sie stets eine Bereicherung, da sie ständig an der Entwicklung von Prozessen beteiligt ist und sich um deren Verbesserung bemüht. Sie interessiert sich besonders für deren Automatisierung, Datenerfassung und Projektstabilität und hat mehrere erfolgreiche Lösungen implementiert, bei denen sie auch Erfahrungen mit Change-Management-Prinzipien gesammelt hat. Sie hat umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit agilen Umgebungen sowie mit Wasserfall-Projektmanagement. Sie ist sehr versiert in der Anwendungsentwicklung und -wartung und kann eng mit Produktmanagern zusammenarbeiten. Sie arbeitet hauptsächlich in einem internationalen Umfeld und spricht daher täglich fließend Englisch. Sie ist auch als Führungstrainerin tätig.
