Projektmanager mit 15 Jahren Erfahrung. Derzeit arbeitet er an Anwendungen für Banken, Versicherungen und Fintechs. Er stellt eine Software her, die den Kunden bewertet, wenn er zum Beispiel einen Kredit aufnehmen möchte. Er ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung des Projektplans, das Finanzbudget, die Koordinierung der Projektaktivitäten, das Risikomanagement und die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Beteiligten. Er wurde in Projektmanagement, Six Sigma, Lean, PMI und ITIL geschult. Außerdem ist er Prince2-zertifiziert. Seine Englischkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet, er hat sogar ein Zertifikat für Business English. Bei früheren Projekten hat er Teams von 15 Personen geleitet, die er aufgrund der Standorte (Asien, Europa) aus der Ferne managte - er ist an ein internationales Umfeld gewöhnt. Er hat Erfahrung mit der Waterfall-Methodik. Er hat in verschiedenen Branchen gearbeitet: Logistik, Automobil, HW/SW, SW-Entwicklung, Banken. Seine letzte Erfahrung war die Einführung von SAP und die Umstellung auf RPE 365.
