Product Owner & Project Manager

Der Kandidat arbeitet als Product Owner und auch als People Manager des Scrum-Teams. Sie entwickeln Citrix-Produkte und führen verschiedene Integrationen durch. Aus der PO-Perspektive ist er von der Planung bis zur Auslieferung des Produkts an Dritte zuständig. Als Manager ist er für Dinge wie Leistung, Entwicklung und Personalentwicklung zuständig. Er hat in der Vergangenheit auch als Analyst gearbeitet und ist seit fast 6 Jahren in der IT-Branche tätig. Unter den agilen Methodologien verwendet er Scrum. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Er leitet derzeit ein Team von 10 Personen. Er ist sowohl an kurzfristigen als auch an langfristigen Projekten interessiert. Er fühlt sich am meisten zu FinTech oder Big Data hingezogen, ist aber für alle Möglichkeiten offen.

Product Owner / Engineering Manager (November 2018 - present): I oversee the integration team, which includes engineers, developers, QA, and trainees. My responsibilities include working with product managers to develop product features, managing team goals and delivery, and prioritizing backlog. As a people manager, I handle new hires, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Integration Lead (2017 - November 2018): Joined as an integration engineer and worked on integrating the product with various third-party systems. Became the team leader responsible for team delivery and new hires. Also assisted the US field team in deploying the application to customers' infrastructure.

Senior Information Technology Business System Analyst (2017): Member of a .NET development scrum team focused on the credit register application. Collected and discussed requirements, created user stories, and participated in customer projects.

Senior Analyst, Retail Energy Management-Gas SK (2016 - 2017): Developed interfaces and automated processes for the web app. Also worked on data collection and forecasting related to gas consumption.

Forecasting Analyst (2015 - 2016): Designed load profile models for B2C, developed neural models for short-term consumption forecasting, and coordinated platform changes for forecasting systems.

Senior Analyst, Wholesale Structuring (2011 - 2015): Developed sale-risk management interfaces, defined B2B CRM system database content, and programmed SQL queries for reporting and pricing tools. Also supported sales, prepared nonstandard contracts, and collaborated internationally within the company.
