Ein netter Herr, der seit ca. 10 Jahren bei SAP tätig ist. In der Vergangenheit hat er hauptsächlich kombinierte Positionen als Berater und Programmierer innegehabt, daher hat er hauptsächlich Erfahrung in Java und SQL. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden. Er lernt derzeit Deutsch, in dem er Anfänger ist, und spricht fließend Englisch. Er hat in der Vergangenheit vor allem in den Bereichen Produktion, Vertrieb, Verkauf und Logistik gearbeitet, die ihm am nächsten liegen. Er hat in der Vergangenheit ein Team von Mitarbeitern geleitet und sucht buchstäblich nach Positionen, in denen er Menschen leiten kann, ohne die Technik völlig aufzugeben (kombinierte Positionen sind am idealsten).
