Derzeit ein Senior Infrastructure Specialist im Bereich DevOps - arbeitet seit fast 3 Jahren in dieser Rolle. Er ist an Projekten im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendungsinfrastruktur beteiligt, wobei sein Schwerpunkt auf Java liegt, und führt Automatisierungsaufgaben mit Bash und Python durch. Er beherrscht die englische Sprache und wendet sie täglich an. Er ist mit den Grundsätzen der agilen Methodik vertraut, hat sie aber noch nicht in der Praxis erlebt. Er hat Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen, unter anderem im Bankwesen.

DevOps Engineer, Senior Infrastructure Specialist, Prague February 2016 - Present

• one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic, within the Cloud department, I currently serve as a DevOps Engineer and Senior Infrastructure Specialist. My responsibilities involve managing key direct channels and internet banking applications. The infrastructure under my purview includes the IBM Websphere family and Oracle DBs. In this role, I troubleshoot, design, and maintain the entire J2EE application infrastructure, while also developing automation scripts in Bash and Python. I am actively involved in setting up an automation environment for virtualized servers, utilizing tools such as ManageIQ, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWX.

Senior Support Administrator, June 2015 - January 2016

• I provided advanced support to the USA team. My responsibilities included delivering extensive application, infrastructure, and technical support across all countries where Home Credit International operates. I focused on applications built on the J2EE architecture, running on the Oracle WebLogic platform integrated with Oracle Service Bus middleware. My role included diagnosing complex issues, proposing effective solutions, and ensuring the seamless operation of critical applications.

• As a Delivery Manager for the French oil conglomerate, Total, at Wincor-Nixdorf, I managed the comprehensive payment flow for Total's gas stations across France, Germany, and the BeNeLux countries. Responsibilities included resolving high-level issues and incidents, designing and sizing application infrastructure, and maintaining close communication with clients for streamlined processes and release management.

Infrastructure Consultant, Project Manager, Prague April 2013 - August 2014

• I worked on diverse projects. For Vendavo Inc., I automated testing and development environments using tools like VirtualBox, Vagrant, Chef, Veewee, and Jenkins. I contributed to a project for Price f(x), providing application support for a pricing system for a Swiss client. Additionally, I led a project management initiative for Ceska sporitelna a.s., creating a web API for client services.

• I oversaw critical business-critical applications, specifically credit and loan applications. Responsibilities included platform and application support, coordinating tests, organizing development and analyst teams, and planning hardware resources. I also maintained the application infrastructure and created administration scripts, demonstrating a keen understanding of both technical and business aspects.

• A major J2EE application provider and integrator, I provided support for customers in the banking, telecommunications, and government sectors. Responsibilities included technical support for Java-based environments, BEA WebLogic servers, JBOSS, and ANT. I played a central role in upgrading the platform from WebLogic 8.x to WebLogic 9.x and migrating the operating system platform from MS Windows to Red Hat Linux.
