Der Kandidat arbeitet seit über drei Jahren als Logistikanalyst. Er ist seit 2013 in der Logistikbranche tätig. In seiner derzeitigen Position arbeitet er mit dem Ticketingsystem, wo er für den Gesamtbetrieb, die Implementierung und die Auswertung von Statistiken zuständig ist. In seinem vorherigen Job arbeitete er zwei Jahre lang als Teamleiter, wo er für ein fünfköpfiges Team verantwortlich war. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr professionellen Niveau, er spricht C2 und hat auch kein Problem mit gesprochenem Deutsch, das er auf B1-Niveau hat.

Technik:

SAP Logistic Support Specialist for EMEA (July 2018 - Present): Responsible for providing 2nd level support in SAP LE, with knowledge in SD, WM, MM, PP, FI modules. Also involved in customizing transport and freight document settings. Led various projects including inventory management, Brexit implementation, and new B2C settings.

Logistic Support Specialist and Team Leader (July 2018 - January 2019): Transitioned into a new role as a team leader while supporting SD, WM, MM, and LE modules. Responsibilities included delivery creation, customer service, transport ordering, and claim solving.

Team Leader (January 2017 - January 2019): Led a team of 5 people, focusing on their development and knowledge sharing through process drawing.

Export Clerk (July 2016 - January 2017): Supported export coordination, including 3PL support, EDI monitoring, and DSL service level analysis. Acted as a deputy team leader, providing support and listening to colleagues during substitution.

Logistic Supervisor - Inbound (May 2011 - April 2012): Managed air shipments from Asian factories to the warehouse. Conducted research on inbound data for accurate forecasting. Controlled shipments, solved irregularities, and provided import documents to forwarders.
