Er hat in der Vergangenheit an ausländischen Projekten gearbeitet und kommuniziert täglich auf Englisch, andere Sprachen kennt er nicht. Agile Methoden sind für ihn kein Problem, Scrum und wöchentliche Sprints waren für ihn die Hauptwege, um mit Teams zu kommunizieren. Er hat sowohl allein als auch in Teams von 6 oder mehr Personen an Projekten gearbeitet. Er war an der Teamleitung beteiligt und hat jüngere und weniger erfahrene Kollegen als Mentor betreut.
