Der Kandidat arbeitet seit mehr als 2 Jahren als IT-Analyst und IT-Analyse ist etwas, das ihm besser liegt als Business-Analyse. Sie verwendet täglich Jira für die Fehlerverfolgung und Confluence für die Dokumentation. Sie ist auch in der Lage, UML und andere Case-Modellierungstools zu lesen. Er hat Erfahrung mit der Arbeit sowohl im agilen als auch im Wasserfallverfahren, und sie ist sowohl für kleinere als auch für größere Teams offen, obwohl sie die meiste Erfahrung mit größeren Teams hat. Die Kommunikation in Englisch ist für sie kein Problem und sie kann auch etwas Deutsch, das sie auch gebrauchen könnte, wenn sie etwas Zeit damit verbringen würde, es aufzufrischen.
