Der Kandidat ist ein Projektmanager mit Erfahrung in der Slowakei und der Tschechischen Republik und insgesamt 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er ist Scrum-zertifiziert, hat aber noch nicht an Projekten gearbeitet, die auf agilen Methoden basieren. Der ideale Bereich für seine weitere Arbeit ist die Telekommunikation, wo er bereits Erfahrung hat. Neben seinem Auslandsstudium hat er sich mit Englisch auf C1-Niveau eine Fülle von Kenntnissen angeeignet. Neben Englisch verfügt er über kommunikative Kenntnisse in Deutsch und etwas Russisch.
