Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Pega-Entwickler mit 12 Jahren Erfahrung. Neben der Entwicklung ist er jedoch auch als Delivery Lead im selben Unternehmen tätig. Im Grunde arbeitet er für verschiedene Teams für verschiedene Customer Journeys. Er ist auch Teil der Lösungsgruppe, die an einem Programm für die Niederlande aus der Pega-Perspektive arbeitet. Als Delivery Lead kümmert er sich um alle Ingenieure und Teams von DevOps, Pega in den Niederlanden, Indien und Rumänien. Er strebt eine Führungsrolle an. Außerdem ist er Teil einer agilen Umgebung mit Scrum. Er spricht fließend Englisch und hat auch begonnen, Niederländisch zu lernen, das derzeit auf A2-Niveau ist.
