Pega Developer

Der Entwickler ist seit fast 7 Jahren als Pega-Entwickler tätig. Er arbeitet derzeit an einem Migrationsprojekt, das von einem Buchungsagenten für Stornierungen verwendet wird. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Leitung eines Teams von 7 Mitarbeitern. Er ist auch verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Falltypen, Geschäftsprozessen für ABU und die Implementierung von BIX-Berichten. Außerdem ist er es gewohnt, in einer agilen Umgebung nach Scrum zu arbeiten. Er spricht fließend Englisch.

Lead System Architect (Sep 2021 - Present):

• Involved in designing and implementing business processes for the migration project from legacy systems to Pega.
• Created case types for different business processes such as cancellation, reporting service issues, and reporting unknown charges.
• Implemented capabilities outside of the business process, such as machine translation.
• Implemented BIX reporting and provided solutions for automation of scenario testing in Pega.

Pega Developer/Senior Solutions Engineer (Apr 2020 - Present):

• Involved in designing and integrating the KYC system with data sources from different countries.
• Implemented integration solutions using REST connectors and services, including data conversions.
• Supported services to create and update cases and data in Pega from external systems.
• Designed and implemented modules for customer data loading into Pega from external sources.
• Created an open API specification YAML file for the KYC supported service using Swagger Editor.

Pega Developer/Senior Solutions Engineer (Apr 2019 - Mar 2020):

• Worked on delivering the module of the 'Global KYC' application, including onboarding, KYC, and continuous monitoring of clients.
• Used queue processors and job schedulers to support a requirement with defined timelines from the Dutch regulator.
• Worked on KYC type rules and soft and hard party updates of customers from different local PAMs and one PAM.

Pega Developer/Senior Solutions Engineer (Jul 2015 - Jan 2019):

• Worked on delivering the module of 'Onboarding & Maintaining' customer in corporate investment banking.
• Attended grooming sessions for user story understanding and analysis.
• Worked on multiple rule types, debugging tools, and set up new instances of the application on different servers.
• Created unit test cases and validated logs for performance issues.

SDET (Sep 2014 - Jul 2015):

• Worked on delivering a mobile retail application for a bank, including modules for accounts, payments, transfers, and remote check deposit.
• Involved in requirement understanding, creation of test cases, and executing sanity and regression testing across channels.
• Created scripts for regression cases using Java and reported using an internal framework.

Software Engineer (Dec 2011 - Aug 2014):

• Worked on an online account opening project for a bank, allowing customers to open accounts online without visiting the bank.
