Project Manager & Scrum Master

Ibrahim ist seit fast drei Jahren Projektleiter. Zuvor war er als leitender Angestellter tätig, wo er für die täglichen Betriebspläne und Kosteneinsparungsstrategien verantwortlich war. Zurzeit leitet und realisiert er Projekte für den staatlichen Sektor, genauer gesagt mehr als 6 internationale Big-Data-Projekte. Die Projekte bestehen aus 4 Phasen und das Ergebnis ist ein ID-System für Ermittler. Er hat Erfahrung in der Leitung mehrerer Teams, von denen das größte aus 44 Personen bestand. Bei dem aktuellen Projekt leitet er ein Team von 18 Personen, darunter fünf Tschechen und drei Slowaken. Er ist zertifizierter Scrum-Master und ist es gewohnt, Arbeitsteams in einem agilen Tempo zu führen, wobei er meist sowohl Scrum als auch Waterfall einsetzt. Seine Muttersprache ist Arabisch, er spricht fließend Englisch und erwähnt, dass seine zweite Sprache Italienisch ist, die er aber noch ein wenig auffrischen muss.
