Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Projektmanager mit über 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich. Er war für die Sicherstellung der Lieferung von Entwicklern und Anbietern verantwortlich, koordinierte deren Aktivitäten und Arbeit, kommunizierte proaktiv mit dem Kunden und erstellte die gesamte Dokumentation für die Implementierung von Lösungen. Er hatte immer mehrere Entwickler und Analysten in seinem Team, die z. B. Webportale, Desktop-Anwendungen, komplexe Lösungen usw. erstellten. Bei seiner Arbeit setzte er aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Er kann sich ohne Probleme auf Englisch verständigen.
