Der Kandidat ist ein Solution Architect, der seit 10 Jahren mit C# arbeitet. Er kennt sich auch mit Datenbanken aus und hat Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in Java und Spring im Backend, die er bei der Zusammenarbeit mit einer der führenden kroatischen Banken genutzt hat. Derzeit arbeitet er hauptsächlich an ERP-Systemen und leitet ein Scrum-Team mit 6 Mitarbeitern. Er hat sowohl in kleinen als auch in größeren Teams gearbeitet, da er mit beiden Optionen arbeiten kann. Er ist in Osijek ansässig und bevorzugt eine Mischform mit mehreren Tagen pro Woche im Büro, da er weiß, wie wichtig die Interaktion von Angesicht zu Angesicht ist, und mehreren Tagen zu Hause. Er hat kein Problem damit, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Sowohl langfristige als auch kurzfristige Projekte sind für ihn akzeptabel. Eine Festanstellung ist für ihn die bevorzugte Option, da er während seiner gesamten beruflichen Laufbahn als Festangestellter gearbeitet hat. Er hat derzeit eine Stelle, ist aber offen für etwas Neues. Er hat eine Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat.
