• Responsibilities: Managed the hockey sticks division and distribution for 56 hockey clubs in Slovakia
• Established a division process to ensure equal quality and quantity of hockey sticks for every club
• Implemented a distribution process and supervised the overall distribution and communication
• Led a project team that included the Legal Department, Finance, and Warehouse

Project Lead:

• Responsibilities: Organized a series of 3 hockey tournaments for 2011/2012
• Managed the registration process, setting up an easy online tool for registration across Slovakia
