Architect & Project Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein OSS-Lösungsarchitekt und Projektmanager, der mit Cloud-Infrastruktur, Systemadministration, Linux, APIs und SQL-Datenbanken arbeitet, mit denen er seit 1-2 Jahren, aber nicht täglich, arbeitet. Er leitete auch ein Team von 10 Personen und war Projektmanager für ein Team von 16 Personen bei einem der größten kroatischen Telekommunikationsanbieter. Die meisten seiner früheren Erfahrungen sammelte er in der Telekommunikationsbranche. Er ist in Sveta Nedelja ansässig und kann das Büro in Zagreb 2-3 Mal pro Woche besuchen, auch während des Onboardings. Er hat keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen. Er bevorzugt langfristige Projekte und stabile Positionen. Eine Festanstellung ist für ihn eine bevorzugte Option. Er interessiert sich für die Arbeit mit agilen Methoden, die er aber in seiner derzeitigen Position nicht viel einsetzt. Er hat derzeit eine Stelle, aber sobald er ein akzeptables Angebot auf dem Tisch hat, kann er die Stelle wechseln. Seine Kündigungsfrist beträgt 1-2 Monate.

2019. • OSS Solution Architect: Responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs. Worked closely with the team to translate customer needs into detailed technical offerings and proposals.
2020. • 2019. OSS Project manager & Service manager: Managed projects such as OSS performance systems consolidation, implementation of IPTV QoS and QoE monitoring system, and upgrades of IPTV PQMS system. Also involved in projects related to DCN network implementation and integration with OSS/BSS systems.
2021. • 2016. OSS/NMS team leader: Accountable for managing a team of 10 people and 20 systems related to performance management, fault management, provisioning, and more. Monitored services/solutions within contracts and continuously improved processes. Provided inputs to management for financial and business plans.
2022. • 2013. OSS system specialist: Led technical projects, administered IPTV and fault repair systems, and worked on RFPs and RFIs. Also involved in network equipment installation and performed Linux administration, SQL, and Perl scripting.
2023. • 2009. Customer care specialist: Worked as 1st line support in customer care, coordinating B2B exchanges and performing system maintenance.

Education and Certificates: Holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. Also has certifications in ITIL Foundation, PMP, Mini MBA, Cisco CCNA, and Assessment of Leadership Potential.

Trainings: Completed various trainings related to IT service management, project management, Kubernetes applications, containers fundamentals, cloud native essentials, Microsoft Azure, AI fundamentals, and more. Also received training in virtualization, recovery project management, and network technologies.
