Architect & Project Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein Senior Solution Architect mit Erfahrung in C++, JavaScript, React und PHP. Er hat auch Oracle und andere relationale Datenbanken verwendet. Er ist auch mit .Net in Berührung gekommen, auch wenn das schon einige Jahre her ist. Derzeit betreut er einen Server mit Java-Backend. Auch für C++ hat er einen Teil des Codes geschrieben. Er befindet sich in Osijek und ist bereit, das Büro in Zagreb gelegentlich zu besuchen, sogar mehrmals im Monat, aber nicht wöchentlich. Er hat keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen, und kann nach einiger Übung auch Deutsch sprechen. Sowohl langfristige als auch kurzfristige Projekte sind für ihn akzeptabel, sowohl in größeren als auch in kleineren Teams. Eine Festanstellung ist für ihn die bevorzugte Option, da er während seiner gesamten beruflichen Laufbahn als Festangestellter gearbeitet hat. Derzeit hat er eine Stelle, aber er sucht etwas Neues. Er hat eine Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat.

1. Senior Solution Architect (2022 - Present)

• Designing and implementing solutions for company customers, primarily in the government sector.
• Interfacing with stakeholders to determine their needs and generating high-level system requirements.
• Planning system upgrades and updates, ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements.
• Partitioning large systems into subsystems and ensuring a robust and extensible design.
• Implementing small fixes and changes on various systems.
• Major project: FMIS - Financial management system for government budget users.

2. System Architect (2021 - 2022)

• Designing and implementing strategic goals for managing and maintaining system and software for a major Croatian bank.
• Interfacing with stakeholders to determine their needs and generating high-level system requirements.
• Partitioning large systems into subsystems and ensuring a robust and extensible design.
• Ensuring all products and documentation are up to date.
• Major project: Omnichannel - UniCredit Group's effort to create a single channel for all customer and bank needs.

3. Security Master (2021)

• Educating development teams on secure software development practices.
• Ensuring projects are compliant with secure protocols and reviewing features for security flaws.
• Collaborating with the Security Audit Team for auditing features.

4. Senior Software Developer (2018 - 2021)

• Developing solutions for LTE (4G) and NR (5G) base stations.
• Part of a cross-functional team responsible for solution development, design, and unit testing.
• Collaborating with network engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
