Der Kandidat ist ein sehr freundlicher Architekt, der verschiedene Positionen in der IT-Welt durchlaufen hat, z. B. Service Delivery, TOGAF, Anforderungs- und Geschäftsanalyse, Projekt- und Risikomanagement. Er fühlt sich als Berater und Architekt am wohlsten. Er verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in diesen Positionen. Er hatte auch die Position des Scrum Master in einem Projekt inne. Seine größte Erfahrung hat er in den Bereichen Gesundheitswesen, Wirtschaft und Regierungsprojekte gesammelt. Er hat ein Team von 7 Personen geleitet. Er arbeitet derzeit nicht mit agilen Methoden, hat aber in früheren Projekten mit Scrum gearbeitet und zweiwöchentliche Sprints sind für ihn kein Problem. Er hat an internationalen Projekten teilgenommen, spricht Englisch und sogar Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch.
