Der Kandidat ist ein Senior-Java-Entwickler mit etwa 12 Jahren Erfahrung. Er ist spezialisiert auf Enterprise Edition und speziell auf Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate oder Openshift. Er arbeitet derzeit an der Entwicklung eines internen Systems für ein Logistikunternehmen, das die Routen großer Unternehmenssendungen weltweit verfolgt, Benutzer benachrichtigt oder Berichte verarbeitet. In der Vergangenheit hat er als PHP-Entwickler oder QA-Ingenieur gearbeitet. Bei seiner Arbeit nutzt er aktiv agile Methoden, insbesondere Scrum. Er kommuniziert auf Englisch auf einem ausgezeichneten Niveau, seine Muttersprache ist Russisch und er kann sich gut auf Tschechisch verständigen.
