Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener iOS-Entwickler, der über 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der kommerziellen iOS-Entwicklung hat. Er arbeitet derzeit in einem ausländischen Unternehmen, wo er für die Entwicklung einer mobilen Anwendung zuständig ist, mit der die unternehmenseigene Hardware über Bluetooth gesteuert werden kann. Er nutzt dort die AWS-Plattform, außerdem hat er Erfahrung mit Firebase. Er hat auch Erfahrung als technischer Leiter, er war für ein ganzes Team verantwortlich, das sich der mobilen Entwicklung widmete. Das Team bestand aus iOS- und Adnroid-Entwicklern und Leuten, die am Backend arbeiteten. Insgesamt bestand es aus 7 Personen. Er war für die Schätzung von Aufgaben, Kommunikation und Planung zuständig. Er kennt sich mit agilen Methoden aus und würde auch in Zukunft gerne mit agilen Methoden arbeiten. Da er in einem ausländischen Unternehmen arbeitet, ist er es gewohnt, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, was für ihn kein Problem darstellt. Er beherrscht auch Französisch.
