Delivery Manager

Die Kandidatin ist eine erfahrene Teamleiterin, die auch als Delivery Managerin arbeitet. Seit 2016 hat sie die Position des Teamleiters inne und seit 2019 ist sie zusätzlich als Delivery Managerin tätig. Zu ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehört es, ein Team aus Entwicklern und Analysten zu leiten, Lieferungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anbietern und dem internen Entwicklungsteam zu koordinieren und für die Einhaltung von Lieferfristen und Budgets verantwortlich zu sein. Ich bin auch für Auswahlverfahren und Vorstellungsgespräche zuständig. ITIL ist eine der Methoden, die er täglich anwendet, vor allem bei der Lösung von Problemen. Er spricht Englisch auf kommunikativem Niveau und hat keine Probleme, sich in einem internationalen Team zurechtzufinden.
