Der Kandidat ist ein Solution Architect, der zuvor als Software Engineer gearbeitet hat. Er ist am meisten in Java bewandert, mit ungefähr 5 Jahren Erfahrung, aber er hat auch mit Angular 2 und React am Frontend gearbeitet, aber das ist schon einige Jahre her. Er hat die gesamte Architektur des Systems entworfen, entwickelt und festgelegt. Er arbeitete meist in Teams mit mehr als 10 Personen, als Untergruppe der großen Teams. Er wohnt in Oroslavje und ist bereit, das Büro in Zagreb in einem gemischten Modus zu besuchen, mit mehreren Tagen pro Woche im Büro, da er die Bedeutung der Interaktion von Angesicht zu Angesicht und mehreren zu Hause versteht. Er hat kein Problem damit, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen, und ist auch in der Lage, sein A2-B1-Deutsch in der Arbeitsumgebung anzuwenden. Er zieht langfristige Projekte stark vor. Adapted the RAMT tool for the Andromeda project, involving the exchange of Nokia base stations with Ericsson's in the Deutsche Telekom network. Provided support for RAMT, maintained the server and database, and implemented network optimization.
