Der Kandidat ist ein Mid PL/SQL Developer mit 3,5 Jahren Erfahrung in der PL/SQL-Entwicklung. Genauso lange arbeitet sie mit Oracle-Datenbanken. Als Mid-Entwicklerin hat sie auch Erfahrung mit der Betreuung von jüngeren Kollegen. Sie wohnt sowohl in Zagreb als auch in Grada bei Sisak, so dass sie das Büro in Zagreb bei Bedarf besuchen kann. Sie zieht es vor, so viel wie möglich aus der Ferne zu arbeiten, hat aber kein Problem damit, während des Onboardings im Büro zu sein. Sie kann sich ohne größere Probleme auf Englisch verständigen und sowohl langfristige als auch kurzfristige Projekte sind für sie interessant. Sie arbeitet als Festangestellte, das ist für sie die bevorzugte Option. Sie hat derzeit eine Stelle mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat, ist aber offen für einen Wechsel, falls sie ein interessantes Angebot erhält.
