Python Developer

Der Kandidat ist ein Python-Entwickler mit 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Bei einem früheren Projekt arbeitete er an einer Bankensoftware, die es ermöglichte, Betrug zu erkennen und die Identität von Benutzern zu erkennen, wobei er sich hauptsächlich auf die Leistungsoptimierung konzentrierte, um das System so reaktionsschnell wie möglich zu machen. Auch hier war er der inoffizielle Chefentwickler, baute ein internationales Entwicklungsteam auf und war auch für die Einstellung zuständig, z. B. für die Befragung von Kandidaten. Gleichzeitig arbeitet er für einen Internet- und Internet-TV-Anbieter an einem Netzwerkplan, der Router, Masten, Wireless und Glasfaser umfasst - und hilft dabei, ein internes System zu entwickeln, das Kabelmanagement, Sender und die Einrichtung von IP-Adressen ermöglicht. Hier verwendet er hauptsächlich Python, dann Kubernetes, Postgre-Datenbanken und Kafka für asynchrone Kommunikation. Irgendwann würde er auch gerne zu Golang kommen. Er beherrscht Englisch sowohl aktiv als auch passiv, z.B. beim Lesen von Dokumentationen.

Python Developer (Jul 2019 - Present)

• Developed new features and services for Threatmark, a fintech company specializing in identity verification and fraud detection in online banking systems.
• Utilized Python frameworks such as FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and asyncio, as well as databases like MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
• Played a key role in transforming the product into a Kubernetes operator, and actively participated in features refinement, hiring, and architectural decisions.
• Served as a scrum master for 6 months and founded the architecture community of practice.

Python Developer (Nov 2017 - Jun 2019)

• Developed a product used by marketing agencies and e-shop administrators to sell items on aggregators like heureka.cz.
• Worked with Flask, Celery, and Elasticsearch, and focused on performance optimization.
• Transitioned into a tech lead role after 7 months, taking on additional responsibilities.

Junior Java Developer (Jul 2015 - Jun 2016)

• Developed IT systems for Skoda Auto, utilizing Java EE and Oracle DB.

Education

• Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Pardubice (2012 - 2018), with a 1st place award for the master's thesis titled "Application for Smart Detection of Manufacturing Defects."
• Participated in an Erasmus program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2016, focusing on game development.
