Project Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein Projektmanager mit 8 Jahren Berufserfahrung. In seiner letzten Position koordinierte und verwaltete er das Programm, indem er Koordinierungs- und Methodiktätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Überwachung, Projekt- und Finanzverwaltung von Projekten übernahm, die hauptsächlich durch die Europäischen Struktur- und Investitionsfonds und andere Finanzinstrumente der Europäischen Kommission finanziert wurden. Unter den Technologiewerkzeugen verwendet Azure DevOps auch Oracle. Er hat auch Erfahrung in der Teamleitung. Er besitzt die Zertifizierungen PRINCE2 und ITIL. Seine Englischkenntnisse sind auf einem hohen Niveau.

PROJECT MANAGER IT/PROGRAM MANAGER IT (01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022)

• Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing the "cloud computing" program
• Coordinating and providing methodological support for the preparation, implementation, monitoring, project management, and financial management of projects funded through European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and other financial instruments of the European Commission
• Preparing new IT projects according to the Decree No. 85/2020 Coll. on project management
• Participating in the preparation of competition documentation and subsequent public procurement processes
• Working with the ITMS2014+ portal and MetaIS

• Responsibilities: Coordinating and providing methodological support for the preparation, implementation, monitoring, project management, and financial management of projects funded through European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and other financial instruments of the European Commission
• Project management of IT projects funded by the state budget, including legislative changes affecting shared modules of the Public Administration Information Systems (ÚPVS) according to the Decree No. 85/2020 Coll. on project management (previously Project Management Standards of Decree No. 55/2014 Coll. on standards for information systems of public administration)
• Project management of IT projects funded by ESIF according to the Decree No. 85/2020 Coll. on project management and relevant ESIF methodological documents
• Project management and coordination of procedures in the preparation of new national IT projects from ESIF, including the preparation of Project Intents and related documents according to the Decree No. 85/2020 Coll. on project management
• Developing Reform Intentions resulting from the coordination of projects PO7 OPII and Effective Public Administration
• Managing and guiding the internal project team
• Communication with stakeholders
• Preparation of project documentation and budgets for Requests for Non-Repayable Financial Contributions (NFP) within published Calls/Challenges of ESIF
• Preparation of interim reports, annual reports on project implementation, and final reports on project completion
