Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Manager mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung. Zuletzt hat er 3 Projekte für ein Pharmaunternehmen abgewickelt - neue Niederlassung, technische Migration oder Umzug der Niederlassung an einen anderen Standort. Sein Arbeitsbereich war die Modernisierung und Implementierung. Er hat ein tiefes Verständnis für Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse und kann diese in IT-Spezifikationen übersetzen und in Systeme implementieren. Zu seinen weiteren Aufgaben gehören die Beschaffung und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Anbietern sowie die Pflege der Beziehungen zu Partnern und anderen Beteiligten durch effektive Kommunikation. Er verfügt über eine analytische Denkweise und ist in der Lage, komplexe analytische Modelle zu entwerfen, zu erstellen und auszuführen. Verantwortlich für die Implementierung und den Betrieb der IKT-Infrastruktur des Büros. Kenntnis von IT- und NT-Architekturen, Verantwortung für die IT-Architektur-Roadmap. Leitete zwei Teams mit 22 Mitarbeitern. Kenntnisse in der Einrichtung und Optimierung von Prozessen unter Verwendung von ISO, ITIL, PM, 6sigma. Neben agilen Methoden hat er auch Erfahrung mit Wasserfall- und anderen Technologien. Er versteht sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch, hat aber Deutsch nicht im Projektmanagement verwendet.
