Ein erfahrener Projektmanager und Vorstandsmitglied. In meiner Rolle als Leiter des Teams von Projektmanagern, Analysten und Testern konzentriere ich mich auf die Planung von Entwicklungskapazitäten und die Implementierung von Unternehmensprozessen. Ich verfüge über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Leitung von Digital- und IT-Projekten von der Anforderungsdefinition bis zum Vollbetrieb, einschließlich Änderungsmanagement und Prozessverbesserung. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehören auch die Geschäftsanalyse und die Vertretung des Unternehmens in Kundengesprächen.
