Die Kandidatin ist eine erfahrene Projektmanagerin mit 14 Jahren Berufserfahrung. In den letzten 6 Jahren hat sie Scrum-Teams und agile Gemeinschaften geleitet. Die Projekte, an denen sie gearbeitet hat, waren zum Beispiel in der Automobilindustrie, im Bankwesen oder in der Regierung. Das größte von ihr geleitete Team besteht aus 10 Mitgliedern, es handelt sich um ein Redesign und Refactoring eines Gebrauchtwagenverkaufs- und Vertriebssystems. Zu ihrer täglichen Arbeit gehören Stand-ups mit 2 Scrum-Teams, Meetings, Besprechungen, Sprint-Reviews mit Kunden, Vorbereitung von Retrospektiven, Reporting-Aufgaben, Berichterstellung, administrative Arbeiten und sie hat auch die Position des Release Managers inne. Sein Englisch ist fortgeschritten und er kommuniziert zum Beispiel mit einem ausländischen Chef.

• Leading a 9-member team in the agile redesign and refactoring of the entire system for the distribution of used cars to Škoda Auto dealerships.
• Managing change requests for bonus payouts to salespeople in the Škoda Auto network.
• Managing the complete data migration from the original prototype testing system to a newly developed application.
• Managing the rollout of an aftersales application to a partner in China.
• Leading the development of a data warehouse and reporting project for Porsche Czech Republic.
