React Developer

Der Kandidat ist seit dreieinhalb Jahren als React-Entwickler in einer kommerziellen Praxis tätig. Hauptsächlich programmiert er in React und TS, arbeitet aber auch mit Redux. Zu seinen weiteren Aufgaben gehören das Design von Webanwendungen und neuen Funktionen sowie die Modernisierung von Bibliotheken. Im zweiten Projekt entwickelte er ebenfalls neue Funktionen, kümmerte sich aber auch um Fehlerbehebung, Leistungsoptimierung und die Reduzierung der Paketgröße. Die größte Herausforderung während seiner Erfahrung war das Neuschreiben der Bibliotheken mit neuen Technologien, weshalb er Redux durch Zustand ersetzte. Er arbeitet in einer agilen Postgres-Umgebung in regelmäßigen Sprints. Er war für das Mentoring und die Betreuung von Junioren sowie für die Überprüfung des von anderen Teammitgliedern geschriebenen Codes verantwortlich. Außerdem kommuniziert er in Projekten auf Englisch mit den Entwicklern.
