Leitender SQL- und Oracle-Entwickler mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung. Er hat Erfahrung mit einer Vielzahl von Betriebssystemen wie Windows, HP-UX, OS2, DOS, Novell NetWare und RSX-11. Er ist außerdem versiert im Entwurf von Software-Lösungsarchitekturen für Desktop- und mehrschichtige Anwendungen und kann in einer Vielzahl von Sprachen programmieren, z.B. hat er ein geringes Interesse an Java. Während seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit hat er Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Datenbanksysteme, Entwicklung, Programmierung, Tests und Bereitstellung gesammelt. Darüber hinaus verfügt er über Kenntnisse im Entwurf und in der Installation von HW-Systemen in verschiedenen Konfigurationen wie Mainframe-, Terminal- und Client-Server-Netzwerken. Bei einem kürzlich durchgeführten Projekt im Bankensektor entwickelte er auf der Grundlage eines Vorschlags eines Analysten eine Lösung, die anschließend implementiert wurde. Er hat sich auch mit der Modellierung von relationalen Datenbanken befasst, und eines seiner früheren Projekte, das für eine Sprachschule durchgeführt wurde, basierte auf einer PostgreSQL-Datenbank. Er hat meist in kleinen Teams gearbeitet, zuletzt in einer agilen Umgebung. Obwohl er noch nie eine Führungsposition innehatte, hatte er mehrere Gelegenheiten, seine Erfahrungen an weniger erfahrene, unerfahrene Kollegen weiterzugeben.
