DevOps Engineer & Node.js Developer

Der Kandidat ist ein DevOps Engineer mit 2,5 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Nach einer 3-monatigen Pause ist er aktiv auf der Suche nach einem Projekt, in dem er seine Erfahrungen weiter ausbauen kann. In früheren Projekten war er für Deployments zuständig, befasste sich mit Pipelines in CI/CD von FE- und BE-Entwicklern, überwachte den Serverstatus, fügte neue Komponenten in Docker hinzu, stellte die Cloud bereit, kümmerte sich um die Infrastruktur von A-Z und erstellte automatisierte VM-Images, auf denen Docker-Container liefen - es war eine Alternative zur Bereitstellung von SW-Produkten über Docker-Container. Mit einem BE in DevOps und Erfahrung im Bereich Cybersicherheit konnte er ein virtuelles Labor einrichten, in dem er ein komplexes Unternehmensnetzwerk erstellte, das klassische Unternehmensnetzwerke zur Erkennung von Sicherheitsvorfällen simulierte und dann Vorfälle aus den Protokollen der Netzwerkgeräte erfasste. Er setzte auch aktive Verzeichnisse ein, die Protokolle, aber auch Betriebssystemprotokolle generierten, und nutzte dies, um Angriffe zu testen. Er hat Linux, Docker, CI/CD, Cloud, MongoDB, PostgreSQL und Python aktiv in seiner Arbeit eingesetzt und hat auch Erfahrung mit NodeJS und React. Er hat mehrfach in einem internationalen Team gearbeitet, in dem er Englisch sprach und lernt derzeit Deutsch.

DevOps Engineer May 2022 - Dec 2022 (8 months):

• As a DevOps engineer at a cybersecurity company, I developed pipelines using HashiCorp Packer for automated machine image creation, built a network simulation lab, and frequently used Python and Bash for scripting and automation tasks
• My focus was on automation, integration, and deployment, and I worked with a wide range of DevOps technologies, tools, and best practices.

Full-stack Developer Jul 2021 - Apr 2022 (10 months):

• As an independent full-stack developer, I focused on React and Node.js with TypeScript, deploying applications to AWS and GCP, and worked with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
• I developed an online learning application for a driving school and gained expertise in creating full-stack apps.

Network Security Administrator Nov 2020 - Jun 2021 (8 months):

• As a member of the NetSecOps team at DHL, I managed global network security and worked with Next-Gen Firewalls (Fortinet, Check Point), Proxy technologies (Blue Coat, Zscaler Cloud Proxy - certified), and Linux and automation systems
• I obtained a CCNA certification and played a crucial role in managing network security during the pandemic.

Researcher Jun 2017 - Nov 2018 (1 year 6 months):

• As a researcher at the Laboratory of Recombination and DNA Repair, Masaryk University, I managed and implemented a project focused on understanding the functionality of the BCDX2 protein complex. I introduced new protein purification methods to the lab and helped optimize insect cell cultivation in collaboration with colleagues from the cell section.
• I conducted all communication in English as part of an international research team.
