Manual Tester

Der Kandidat ist ein manueller Tester mit 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er testet derzeit Produktanwendungen auf verschiedenen Betriebssystemen wie Windows, Android und iOS. Darüber hinaus erstellt und pflegt er Testfälle für Anwendungen unter Verwendung von Testtools wie Postman und Selenium. Behebt technische Probleme und Bugs mit Kunden. Er erstellt und aktualisiert technische Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbücher. Führt auch analytische Arbeiten durch und bereitet bei Bedarf Anforderungen und Änderungen vor. Technology Tools hat Erfahrung mit Jira, Rest API, PostgreSQL, SQL, JSON, HTML, XML, UML, Linux. Er ist für das Onboarding neuer Kollegen zuständig. Er ist der englischen Sprache mächtig.

Storage Administrator: December 2014 - June 2016

• Responsibilities: Administration of enterprise storage and backup environments
• Managing SAN, NAS, and backup platforms and components from major vendors such as HDS, IBM, EMC2, NetApp, Symantec, Brocade, and Cisco
• Managing filers, SAN switches, tape libraries, disk arrays, and related infrastructure
• Designing, implementing, and operating the service life-cycle phases
• Operating according to the T-Systems process setup based on ITIL (incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management)
