Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Tester/Support-Vertriebsspezialist mit Erfahrung im manuellen Testen von mobilen Anwendungen und im Kundensupport. Er hat Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen Kotlin, Switch und Ruby. In seiner vorherigen Rolle als IT-Relay bei DECATHLON ČR leistete er IT-Support für die südböhmischen Filialen und führte regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten an der Benutzerhardware durch. Außerdem schulte er Kollegen in Bezug auf Hardware, Unternehmensanwendungen und grundlegende Cybersicherheit. Der Kandidat hat einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft von der Wirtschaftsfakultät der Südböhmischen Universität und verfügt über Zertifizierungen für den Führerschein der Kategorie B, den Oxford Online Placement Test - CEF B2 und Design Thinking. Er war außerdem Vorsitzender und Hauptleiter einer Sommercamp-Organisation und hatte leitende Positionen in AIESEC České Budějovice inne.
Berufliche Erfahrung
Tester/Support sales specialist (01/2022 - present): Responsible for manual testing of mobile applications, creating testing scenarios, and basic knowledge of Kotlin, Switch, and Ruby. Also involved in customer support, handling XML, JSON, and Firebase. Additionally, managed project orders.
IT relay (09/2018 - 12/2021): Provided IT support for South Bohemia stores, conducted regular maintenance of user hardware, and trained colleagues on hardware, enterprise applications, and basic cybersecurity.
Country relay - enterprise mobile application (01/2019 - 12/2021): Tested beta version, integrated new modules into enterprise processes, conducted training on new features, and evaluated the effectiveness of the e-commerce module.
Sportleader - water sports (05/2016 - 12/2021): Worked in the forecasting department, responsible for planning department structure, recruitment, and integration of new colleagues. Also served as a shift supervisor and conducted product training for the entire Czech Republic.
Education: Studied Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics, University of South Bohemia (2013 - 2018). Graduated from Business Academy (2009 - 2013).
Certifications: Holds a Driver's License Category B and achieved a CEF B2 level in the Oxford Online Placement Test. Completed the Design Thinking - New Generation of Founders; Grow with Google course.
Other: Served as the Chairman and main leader of Bezva Prázdniny, z.s. - summer camps. Held positions as Branch Manager and Financial Manager in AIESEC České Budějovice.
