Java Developer

Java-Entwickler und Teamleiter mit 7 Jahren Erfahrung. Derzeit ist er für den Aufbau eines neuen Ökosystems für ein Versicherungsunternehmen verantwortlich. Er arbeitet am Aufbau des FE- und BE-Teils der Anwendung für den Maklerbereich, um Benutzer und das Geschäftsnetzwerk zu verwalten. Er ist sowohl als Entwickler als auch als Teamleiter eines 5-köpfigen Teams tätig. Er kümmert sich um das Design, die Implementierung und die Auslieferung des Endprodukts. Insgesamt kommuniziert er mit dem Kunden über architektonische Dinge und anschließend mit dem unternehmensweiten Architekten, mit dem er kommuniziert und die Architektur entwirft. Er verwendet Java 17, Micronaut und Datenbanken wie Postgre und MySQL. Darüber hinaus arbeitet er auch mit Docker, Kubernetes und Azure (2 Jahre). In Azure arbeitete er an der Erstellung einer Backend-Micro-Service-Architektur. Während seiner Karriere führte er auch Integrationen mit anderen Systemen durch, bei denen er Event-Driven-Architektur mit Apache Kafka verwendete. Als Teamleiter legt er den Arbeitsstandard fest, führt Code-Reviews durch und arbeitet insgesamt mit dem Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles so ist, wie es sein sollte, um den gemeinsamen Erfolg zu erreichen. Er ist es gewohnt, in einer agilen Umgebung in Scrum zu arbeiten. Er hat 7 Jahre lang fast täglich auf Englisch kommuniziert.

IETV Project:

• Implemented an internal process for risk calculation, profit/loss, and impact analysis of current and future possible actions.
• Main focus was creating a back-end microservice architecture on Azure with integration using Kafka.
• Utilized technologies such as Java 11, SpringBoot, Apache Kafka, Postgres, Flyway, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Microservices.

GRP Tool:

• Implemented an internal system for booking and processing orders between local Swiss Re offices and the central Zurich office.
• Developed a web interface and handled all booking, monitoring, and reporting aspects of the process.
• Utilized technologies such as Java 8, Spring, Angular, Hibernate, Maven, DB2, WebSphere, and Bamboo.

Digital Documents Signing app:

• Implemented a custom information system for a flexible signature tool for key company documents.
• The project aimed to digitize and automate the document signing process.
