Business Analyst

Business Analyst mit 6 Jahren Erfahrung in der IT-Branche. Derzeit ist er für zwei Projekte verantwortlich. Er arbeitet an einem System, das die Einwohner eines Bundeslandes wie Wien über mögliche Gefahren wie Hochwasser informiert. Im Prinzip arbeitet er an der Definition der Anforderungen und evaluiert, wie viel die Funktionalität und Forschung kosten würde. Außerdem ist er an verschiedenen Aufgaben beteiligt, darunter die Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Anwendungsfunktionen, das Management externer Auftragnehmer und die Überwachung des LifeCycle Managements. Darüber hinaus weist er Aufgaben zu und nimmt an der Qualitätssicherung teil, bereitet Materialien für Managemententscheidungen und Präsentationen vor, pflegt Anwendungseinträge in Planungstools, nimmt am Sicherheitsmanagement und am Datenschutz teil und führt Marktanalysen und -forschungen für zukünftige Anwendungen durch. Als Verwaltungstool verwendet er BPM und Jira. Er ist es gewohnt, in einer agilen Umgebung in Scrum und Kanban zu arbeiten. Darüber hinaus ist er auch Scrum Master.

• Responsible for knowledge development and documentation of application functionalities.

• Prioritizes changes for production and go-live of applications.

• Assists in security management and data protection.
• Conducts market analysis and research for upcoming use of new applications.

Business Analyst/Scrum Master (08/2021-12/2022):

• Ensures products meet criteria and follows SCRUM process.
• Focuses on customer onboarding.
• Creates use cases, presents Sprint demos, and elaborates change requirements.
• Provides agile coaching to team members.
• Acts as an interface between Slovakian development team and Austrian business team.

Scrum Master (05/2022-09/2022):

• Manages an Austrian mental healthcare app project.
• Transmits requirements from Austrian customer to Slovak development team.
• Provides agile coaching and supervises budget.

Senior Business Consultant (01/2020-07/2021):

• Supports the re-launch of outsourcing management and provider control.
• Prepares technical documentation, user guides, and regulatory documentation.
• Prepares outsourcing management system documentation.
• Manages test strategy, test case creation, and monitoring.

Project Manager (01/2018-12/2019):

• Manages network upgrade projects.
• Coordinates ordering, installation, migration, and maintenance processes.
• Provides status updates to top management.
• Manages installations for sites in Scandinavia, Thailand, and Columbia.
