Er ist seit mehr als 22 Jahren als Projektleiter tätig. Im letzten Jahr war er in der Position eines Linienmanagers für rund 50 Mitarbeiter verantwortlich, insbesondere für das Forschungsmanagement und die Zuweisung von Ressourcen. In den vorherigen Positionen war er auch in die Entwicklung selbst involviert, wobei er zusätzlich bis zu 10-köpfige Ingenieurteams durch kurzfristige Projekte in verschiedenen Branchen, wie z.B. der Automobil- oder Netzwerkindustrie, leitete, als Product Owner fungierte und auch für den Lebenszyklus der Lieferung verantwortlich war.
