IT Manager & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist seit 2020 ein Scrum Master. Seine Hauptaufgaben sind die Umsetzung agiler Methoden, die Ermittlung geeigneter Sprintlängen, die Verbesserung von Metriken, die Steigerung der Effizienz, die Planung, die Kommunikation mit externen Teams und die Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Problemen. Er ist für die Einhaltung der agilen Zeremonien verantwortlich. Führt das Team in Richtung Autonomie und Verantwortlichkeit. Verbessert Prozesse und übernimmt das Coaching mit Jira und Parabol. In Bezug auf Tools und Technologien hat er Kenntnisse in .Net, C#, Visual Studio, Git, Gitlab, Microsoft Office, TFS, Jenkins, Confluence, AWS, CI/CD. Er hat Teams von etwa 10 Mitgliedern geleitet. Er spricht fließend Englisch.

• Responsibilities: Programmer in .NET environment using C# language
